Diet Evaluation/Formulation - starting at $100 per diet
If you want to know what your horses dietary requirements are and whether your current feeding strategy meets those requirements, this option is for you. Based on information you provide, your horses dietary needs are calculated and the current diet evaluated to determine whether it is optimal. You will receive a brief written report that will include graphs and tables showing how your feeding program measures up against requirement and if necessary how it may be improved. Recommendations on how to implement any suggested changes will be included. If you do not wish to have a current diet evaluated and just would like to know what your horses diet should be, this option will also meet your needs.

- Those suffering from health issues such as cushings disease, insulin resistance, laminitis, arthritis, hives, dry skin, PSSM, EPSM, COPD, poor hoof quality, ulcers etc.
Prior to evaluating your horse's diet you will be asked to condition score your horse and take measurements that will allow his/her weight to be estimated. You will also be asked to complete a questionnaire that will detail your horses diet and lifestyle and how he/she is currently managed. A good photograph is also very helpful and further information will be requested as necessary.
Diet evaluation/formulations may take 2-4 weeks to complete and are performed on a first come first served basis. However, when necessary priority is given to horse's suffering critical health events for whom dietary changes need to occur immediately.
